These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Foleo, an immigration management platform owned by Labour Connect Immigration Services and developed and operated by Line Code Technologies Pvt Ltd (collectively referred to as "Foleo," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Foleo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Use
Foleo is provided solely as an immigration case management and workflow platform. It does not provide immigration advice, legal representation, or outcome guarantees. Users must use the platform only for lawful immigration-related purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and authorized information
- Maintain confidentiality of client data
- Protect login credentials and system access
- Use the platform only within assigned permissions
Unauthorized access, misuse, data extraction, or credential sharing is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Financial Responsibility
Client–Consultant Payments
Payments made by Clients for immigration services are transactions solely between the Client and their immigration consultant or agency. Foleo, Labour Connect Immigration Services, and Line Code are not responsible for:
- Service fees
- Refunds or chargebacks
- Billing disputes
- Service delivery or dissatisfaction
Clients must raise all payment, refund, or dispute-related concerns directly with their consultant or agency.
Platform Subscription & Seat Payments
Foleo is responsible only for payments related to:
- Platform subscriptions
- Seat purchases
- Licensing or usage fees paid directly to Foleo
These payments govern access to the platform and do not include immigration services provided by consultants or agencies.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Foleo—including its software, design, workflows, branding, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Line Code. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Foleo is not responsible for immigration advice, outcomes, approvals, refusals, or delays
- Foleo is not liable for data misuse, inaccuracies, or breaches caused by user actions, third parties, or external systems
- Platform liability is limited strictly to the technical provision of services
Foleo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
6. Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated without notice in cases of:
- Misuse or violation of these Terms
- Security risks or suspected unlawful activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Termination does not relieve users or organizations of legal or contractual obligations.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and other jurisdictions where the platform is lawfully used, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Updates
This Policy and these Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Foleo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
