• Labour Connect clients, consultants, case workers, branch managers, super admins, collaborators, and auditors all have specific roles with defined permissions.

3. Use of the App

• Foleo is a tool to manage immigration cases and related tasks.
• You agree to use it only for lawful, authorized purposes.
• Uploading false or fraudulent documents is prohibited.
• Respect the confidentiality of case information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in Foleo belong to Labour Connect or its partners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

5. Payments

• Any payments you make are subject to our payment policies and applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to update fees and will notify you accordingly.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Foleo does not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified immigration professional for legal matters.
• We strive for accuracy but don’t guarantee case approvals or outcomes.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from app use.

7. Termination

• We can suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or misuse.
• You can delete your account anytime, subject to pending obligations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of major changes. Continued use means you accept changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the region Labour Connect operates (e.g., Canada/India).
